Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer Standard Shipping, free on all orders, with estimated delivery of 6–10 business days within the continental US. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at info@ctrlzed.com as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@ctrlzed.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
